TASTEMAKER : (teyst-may-ker) n. - a person who popularizes a new fashion or trend : EVERY THIRD FRIDAY : Looking for a change in Nashville? Tired of Friday nights being uneventful?Well I’m not sure what you will do on your other free nights, but I know where you should be every third Friday of every month!

The Tastemaker event is one of Nashville’s premier nightlife experiences.It takes place on the 3rd Friday of every month at different locations in the Nashville area.On Friday, October 16th, Tastemaker was held at the Miro District and had a very  successful and well-designed turnout. This event’s focus is to attract Nashville’s most elite influential social minds and seeks to keep doing this by implementing a very professional but fair dress code. The party was an age 23 and up event.

Two disc jockey’s kept the beats going for the crowd until the lights came on. The many in attendance at the O Proved the October event to be a success. Each Taste Maker event stresses “A return to classic fashion, refined taste, and discerning style,” which is exactly what you will find at one of their events.The next event will take place in November at the Wine Loft in the Gulch. The Socialite @ Karma

Karma Lounge is becoming the place to be every Thursday night in the city of Nashville.If you haven’t heard of Karma Lounge yet and you live in or around Nashville, then you should be embarrassed!

Every Thursday night at Karma is called THE SOCIALITE. It’s an epic event which is DJ’d by Dolewite & Scooby from 101.1 THE BEAT JAMS and DJ Lunchbox from 107.5 THE RIVER.The Socialite brings out a diversified group of people who simply come out just to have a great time. Some of Nashville’s musicians, actors , and athletes are usually in attendance at this event. Drinks are prepared by the best bartenders in the city and the music always gets compliments from the guests.

Every Thursday in the month of October proved the Socialite event to be complete success for everyone involved and it seems as if with each week it picks up more steam and momentum. For table information and V.I.P.
